our biggest mistakes are: eating fast not chewing well, eating late (before sleep), baked/refined sweets, cooked in high temp. meals, frequent snacks, improper combinations, constant chewing (e.g. gum), sedentary lifestyle, lying down after the meal, eating while being irritated, while watching TV, drinking sweet beverages while eating
