nr 1 global problem: IR – insulin resistance. doctors are managing the symptoms while the cause is ignored !! insulin is a common denominator of modern diseases.

we won’t realize how biochemical changes triggered by the right food speed up the metabolism. biochemistry gives us many insights into how we can improve our vitality. used to inimical habits we struggle with obesity by choosing weight loss formulas, low-calorie diets & killer training to get rid of many kilos in a short time. this never works, cause we first need to get healthy & our brain needs time to rewire lifestyle. quick fix means a temporary result. that’s why all the diets fall. the fundamental principle of nature states that nothing disappears without a trace & nothing comes to existence out of nothing. this contains the most important lesson for the obese: just eat less !  Victor Hugo said that people cannot achieve what they do not understand. we do not lose weight unless we understand what leads us to it.
